FAQs

  • No, we don't offer trial classes. You can come and see the class but sadly to join us in the water you will have to regsiter first.

  • Our indoor pools are heated to 32 degrees

  • It's safe for babies to swim from birth. However, we recommend waiting until 6 weeks when things are more settled for you and your baby.

  • Swim suit (for you and your child if in a baby/toddler class), towels, flipflops, babies need swim nappies - we can provide these to buy. Older children may want to use goggles in the pool. We suggest bringing a light snack (or babies feed) for after swimming. You may also want to bring shower gel and shampoo and a hair brush if using the shower facilities after swimming.

  • Yes, a well fitting, sustainable and appropriate for water nappy is obligatory.

  • Please contact us as soon as you know you cannot make a lesson. We will do our best to offer x1 catch up class per term for missed lessons where we can, note that sometimes this may not be possible.

  • If the medical certificate covers more than a half of the term we will credit you for all remaining lessons.

  • Yes, there is a free if charge parking at each facility.

  • Please contact us directly to discuss your childs need. We are trained to provide classes for all and will do our best to offer you something suitable depending on availability.

  • There are no refunds, but in special circumstances we can give you a lifetime credit

  • Yes, please contact us directly to discuss your childs needs. We must be made aware of any medical needs your child has before booking.

  • For continuity we recommend only 1 adult swims with your baby/toddler - but this can be changed if needed. We welcome Mum's, Dad's, Grandparent's and family members to swim. As well as carers or other nominated adults. If you need to change the adult taking part in the lesson, please let us know before hand so that we are aware.

  • Yes. We are trained to assist with water phobia in adults and children. We also have experience working with shy and nervous children. Our approach is gentle to put everyone at ease. Please let us know if your child has a fear or phobia, it may be best to come and watch a lesson or have some 1:1 classes to start their swimming journey.

  • We can offer private 1:1 adult classes for beginners, improvers and those wanting to perfect their strokes and stamina.

  • We can't guarentee this due to timetabling and pool availability. Contact us with your childrens ages and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

  • Contact us directly before booking, we will try to accomodate your schedule as best we can and do offer flexible bookings during winter ski season.

  • Yes, we run discounts very often. The best is to check our website or fanpage.

  • Yes! For best results, children need to have regular pratice at swimming each week. Our pools are private and heated so no cold water! We suggest that your child is properly dry before leaving our facilites, including hair and ears and is adequately dressed for the weather after the class.

  • We offer classes on Wednesday afternoon and Saturday & Sunday morning.
